1. User Conduct
Users must provide accurate information. Illegal activity, fraud, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations.
2. Payments & Transactions
Payments processed by third-party gateways are subject to the gateway's terms. DemonPay facilitates payment processing and does not guarantee availability of any particular gateway.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on the bank/gateway.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DemonPay disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount transacted in the last 6 months where applicable.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For full details, refer to our privacy page when available or contact support.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. We will indicate the 'Last updated' date at the bottom of this page.
